As the first Certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioner (CMRP) in Newfoundland, Nadya offers manual therapy from the global perspective of restoring the body to natural balance. With six years active practice as a Registered Massage Therapist, she incorporates Gua Sha, cupping, fascial alignment, resistance stretching, rhythmic movement exercises, General Swedish Massage and trigger point release into her soft tissue work.
Her Matrix Repatterning treatment plans allow for deeper work on skeletal and visceral structures, and stimulate healing through gentle manual pressure and the use of the MatrixMag device. Nadya's combined approach of Matrix Repatterning and massage therapy gives her sensitivity in dealing with trauma, as well as the tools to create lasting objective change in difficult to resolve conditions.
