I am suddenly surprised at how simple everything becomes at the Fall Equinox. That moment of the perfectly balanced bubble as we tip down into the dark, soft, and quiet space of winter. Things will become more elaborate in their own time, but for now we get to simplify, purify and watch the refinement happen.

Sunset over Holyrood, NL.
Only the tranquil form of light remains, when all the static settles away. Like the king of stochastic resonance, the chaos and play of life gives the turbulence needed to pick up the fine line of a coherent signal.
I'm looking forward to stacking firewood, elderberries, rose hips and harvesting potatoes. There is a large collection of artwork sitting on my bookshelf, and I hope to share some of it here.
Morning meditation is my favourite time of day. Every solar festival I change my mantra practice to a new seasonal theme, with a youtube playlist as a guide and soundtrack to my morning routine. Here is the flavour for the next few weeks until Halloween:

As I move through this meditation, I may return with some thoughts as the moon brings them. Please feel free to tap into the energy stream and join me in any way.
much love,
