If we organize our mindscape in a similar magnetic configuration that earth will need to maintain through the pole shift, we will likely have a smoother ride on the transition.
Imbolic Meditation for me begins with Blue Tara, or Elekjati. Although she cuts a rather fierce figure - one eyed to better see the demons on the other side, and often has a strong wolf energy, she brings a beautifully organized crystalline beauty to life.
Her chant is simple and short, and because of the tune in this particular rendition on the playlist, organized beautifully into 9 groups of 12. So I like to imagine a strand of energy flowing from the top of my head around the outskirts of my field, dividing the body into 9 vertical layers, spiraling back in at the feet. Think of the outer surface of the electromagnetic field around the body.
Each strand on the 12 directions - which I landmark from my central channel like a clock - has a different colour and mineral association. This is a very mentally engaging meditation, with the lovely effect of combing your energy field, it being easy to tell which directions are smooth to visualize, and which strands have a blocked or distorted feel. There is lots of opportunity to play here, and once everything is flowing smoothly it will start to organize into lovely patterns.
Bidirectional helixes, curtains of coloured pearls, however you want to decorate your field. Remembering the agency and control we have over our minds, and how helpful they can be in cultivating a healthy being. Dispelling limiting beliefs, offering assistance and clarity.
Next on my playlist is Manjurushi, one of the eight great bodhisattvas, a blue gentleman with a flaming sword and a lotus flower opening into a book. Meditations with him always take me into the clear and open mind, like a violet geodesic dome encompassing the entire collective intelligence of the universe.
Spinoza and calculus come up, as do biophysics and fluid dynamics. Electromagnetic field theory. Anything big enough to be interesting to contend with, but ultimately leading to the place of surrendering to the great unknowable of that which is beyond us.
Most of the beautifully intelligent people I have encountered are quick to recognize that there are limits to what we can comprehend. In the end the universe is infinitely complex, and we are but a small fractal part of it.
With this thought, the energy moves out of the top of the head - the fountain, the fontanelle - the meeting point of the bones of the skull. Here we surrender our energy up and out, recognizing that which is beyond and larger than us. Usually this is quite a funny process, and enjoyable whatever road takes you there.
And finally in chants, we return to polishing the mindscape. The winter energy of Akshobya and his skating rink in the mountains. Always keeping mindful of the ancestral karma and connecting to the presence of our energy across time.

Give yourself a hug. It’s going to be a cozy winter.
Much love,
